UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to long-term staff absence Trowbridge Health Centre is unable to offer any travel vaccinations. The Health Centre is currently arranging for staff training to address this issue.

Please make an appointment with a Private Travel Vaccination Service for advice on which vaccinations you require and obtain a vaccination schedule from the clinic.

If you require your vaccination history, please log on to your NHS app, log on to your online services or register for our online services so you can view your previous vaccination details. If you do not have online access then the Reception team can print a copy of your vaccination record for you.
